Email Marketing is one of the easiest way to reach a larger audience on a low budget. It can boost your sales within weeks and you can do it as fast as you want. With everyone using the internet nowadays, it is extremely important for you to know what the benefits are with Email Marketing. To start this process, have one thing in mind, “Email Marketing is NOT SPAM”. We will discuss 6 ways that will make your Email Marketing experience a great success.
1) The sale is in the Subject
This is the MOST important of all. It is the start of all things. If you have a good subject you have a 85% of getting the sale. Sometimes I get emails that have some like ” Receive 10%OFF” or “Get your deal today”. These Campaigns will not get very far. There will probably end up in my Junk Mail by default. Here is an example of a good subject: Replace your old phone with a iPhone or How to generate more income for your family.
2) Create a Clear call to Action in your Campaigns.
Your main and number one priority needs to be your call to action. Spend some time developing your call to action. Make sure that your not saying to much in your campaigns. Get to the point. Make it Clear and Direct. When someone reads your campaign you have 20 – 30 Seconds to impress them. Think about when you got an email from a business. If it didn’t impress you right from the start you would obviously take the path of trash. (Check and Delete). Tell them What it is, WHY they need it, and how to get it.
3) Make sure UnSubscription links work.
In order to maintain legitimacy and comply to the CAN-SPAM Law, you have to put an UnSubscribe link at the bottom of your campaign. Not everyone would need your services or product, and that’s just a fact. By having the UnSubcribe button, people will feel more at peace knowing that your legitimate and that when they want to opt out they have the option of doing so. Remember if the link is not there, it’s considered spam if you like it or not.
4) Respond to the Customer ASAP
If someone send you an email that has to do with your product, you got there attention and therefore you have 24 Hours to respond to the customer in order to get the sale. Now you might say what if I get hundreds of email per day. Reply back no matter how many emails. If you paid for a phone listing you might get 5 calls per year on your Ads. With Email Marketing it’s instant. So you got to reply back instantly.
5) Send your Email Campaign on time
Create a schedule when you want to send your campaigns. It is suggested to send your campaigns every week at the same day at the same time. The reason is that people will get used to your newsletter and start to expect it to show up every week.
Apply these tips and see how you can make your email marketing experience one of the best that will turn into success.
